Riders under 18 years of age must have parent / guardian consent to join program.

For series that are paid out based on the end of series results, we use the results from the promoters base on their own eligibility rules for the series.

Contingency dealer credit has a 1 year expiration date.

Contingency qualifying motorcycles are 2024+.

Only motorcycles containing a genuine GasGas Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) are eligible.

The GasGas logo and plastic components must be displayed on the GasGas for contingency eligibility.

A minimum of 6 riders per class must be present for GasGas Contingency to be awarded.

Must ride a GasGas for the entire series to be eligible for series-end rewards.

All winnings will be issued once results are entered and validated by the race promoter.

Amateur class contingency will be issued as dealer credit that can only be redeemed at a participating GasGas dealership in the country the race took place.

Professional class cash winnings from valid professional-level classes will be paid via payment to a Debit Card in the US and check in Canada. All cash payouts are paid within 30 days from the time your results are verified. You must submit your pro payment info found on your dashboard within 60 days of the race. Once submitted, the cash will be deposited to your debit card which you can save or use at any time.

GasGas reserves the right to decide which events and classes are eligible for GasGas Contingency.

Program details are subject to change without notice. GasGas Contingency is only eligible for products and services at participating authorized GasGas dealerships.

Payment for the Jetwerx National pro classes will be paid within 60 days after the series has ended (even though you can earn per race).

Purchases using GasGas Credit at a dealer can be used for GasGas products and other products that will be used for your competitive racing GasGas. GasGas Credit may not be used for any other manufacturer's bike, parts, GasGas apparel, and technical accessories.

Amateur GasGas Contingency is not redeemable for cash.

It is the rider's responsibility to resolve eventual race result disputes with the race organizations. Riders falsifying claims will be automatically disqualified from the program.

Contingency award recipients in Canada grant GasGas Canada Inc. the right to use their names, results and photos as deemed necessary in any advertising and promotion, without compensation or prior approval. GasGas Canada Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this program without notice or obligation.
